In the first provisional UK balance sheet, AHDB & Defra are forecasting a rebound in wheat supply, with a 2Mt exportable surplus. However, with wheat demand for animal feed projected to increase by just 1% and barley down 5% and without an official supply and demand estimate for corn, these demand estimates are somewhat conservative.
