Following last nights release of the USDA Crop Progress report, with worse than expected winter wheat condition scores, global wheat markets have been pushing higher today.
With US winter wheat condition scores poor, and conditions dry in the US, rainfall is needed, but on the 7day outlook, for the majority of the US winter wheat area, there remains little precipitation.
As the conflict in Ukraine continues to cast doubt on the size and ability for Ukraine to export both rapeseed and sunflowers next season, new crop Paris rapeseed has continued to push higher, November-22 Paris Rapeseed today set a new contract high, breaching €800/t. |
